Welcome to Tuffy's Eatery, a restaurant in Mauriceville, Texas!

Tuffy's has been serving up home-style Southern food and Cajun favorites to Southeast Texas restaurant patrons since 1985.

Located in the northeast corner of the intersection of Highways 12 & 62 in Mauriceville, Texas, Tuffy's restaurant is a proud Southeast Texas dining tradition. Tuffy's was put on the map by Texas Monthly's mention of our homemade rolls. And restaurant patrons can't resist our mile-high meringue pies!

In the summer of 2010, the restaurant entered the next chapter of its rich history when new owner, Shane Johns, of Orange, Texas, took the helm. He's kept Tuffy's famous rolls, the pies and signature dishes, but also added some culinary diversity to the new MENU that is sure to entice long-time patrons. Read more about Tuffy's history here.

Some things haven't changed a bit...Tuffy's still loves to cater your events! Our 3 large private-dining rooms are ideal for business meetings, rehearsal dinners, anniversaries and birthdays. They can accommodate groups from 10 to 125. Whether you hold your event at our venue or yours, Tuffy's is experienced in catering events both large and small.
